JAPANESE SHIRATAMA FRUIT

Ingredient : Shiratama flour , water, fruit, sweet azuki bean, brown sugar syrup
1. Put the shiratama flour into a bowl and add water little by little.
2. Mix well until the flour becomes the dough as soft as earlobes.
(Flour:water = 1:1)
3. Then shape the dough into small shiratama dumplings.
4. Put the shiratama dumplings into the boiled water for 1-2MINS.
5. Remove the dumplings and drain the water. Serve dumplings with fruits,
sweet azuki bean and brown sugar syrup.
